The concept of Pyramiding is simple: Meals "pyramid", starting with the lightest (fiber), & working up to the heaviest (dinner).


This is designed to allow for maximum detoxification & minimum stress on the body, which creates an abundance of energy.


This is because the lightest meals are eaten in the day, maximizing energy when needed most (food digestion saps the body of vital energy).


Also, there are no limits to the portions of meals - Each can be eaten until fully satisfied.


Pyramiding is greatly enhanced with the addition of three specific food supplements; Algae + Herb + Fiber
